Let’s talk about John Lennon for a minute. The guy was a legend in the music industry and a beacon of peace and love, but did you know that he was a lousy dad? Smacking your kid at the dinner table is not cool. And leaving drugs lying around the house? 

That’s like leaving candy out in front of a kid and then getting mad when they eat it. It’s disappointing to learn that someone so vocal about peace and love in the world couldn’t bring that same love and compassion to his own family. It’s like finding out that your favorite superhero has a side gig as a supervillain.
